Shipping times vary but we always aim to have your order delivered within 3-5 business days. Your order will usually ship on the next business day. We only ship and post Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays). For International orders, please note that in some cases your country may charge you duties, taxes, or import fees. We have no control over those and are not responsible for those fees.
2. Missing Goods
If your goods are not received within 7 working days, please email support@mi365
.me and we can investigate further. Mi365 Ltd is NOT responsible for packages sent to the wrong address, where the wrong address has been provided by the customer, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases
No return of goods will be accepted, unless they have been damaged in transit and are unusable and not to an acceptable quality. If your goods have been damaged, please email email@example.com with accompanying photographic evidence and we can investigate further. A replacement item/items will be dispatched as soon as possible. No refunds will be given in place of this.
